A Morning Prayer Can Bring Serenity to Your Life

Few days back, I met with one of my old friend Viyaan, who was an atheist and used to keep that as a crown on his head in college days. Six months back he met with an accident and almost lost his 5 years old baby daughter in the accident. She came out of danger a few months back because of a single hope of her father and his prayers to god to give his child back. He  brought his daughter home 2 weeks back and now he takes her with him to the temple everyday. 

I was shocked and my mind kept tickling by asking what changed Viyaan’s life philosophy from being atheist to going to the temple everyday. Have you ever tried to understand why people go to the temple, church, or mosque? If yes, then Why do they go? What do they exactly find there?

The Significance and Essence of Prayer:

Prayer is the deep harmony with the supernatural power you believe in. So, I want you to recollect the days when you have prayed deeply in any spiritual place and think about how you felt. Some people may have felt happy, peaceful, satisfied, or just relaxed. So basically, if you are willingly praying, then you will feel the mentioned feelings.

When We Pray..

Basically, Our mind is almost like a monkey who keep jumping from one thought to another thought. When we pray we keep a spiritual energy in front of our eyes or in mind and try to talk only positive things. We talk about our own wishes some time we pray for our loved ones or for entire world. 

What Happens when We Pray

Now let’s talk about what exactly happens with the mind when we pray. All of a sudden, we become conscious, and our focus turns toward our thoughts, and we start thinking only positively. When we pray, we may not realize that we’re sending positive messages toward the energy we believe in, and it works because our thoughts are solely positive during prayer. Hence, we feel a sense of peace, connection, and alignment with the divine energy.

Also, our subconscious mind does not know the difference between real or fake. It just believe on thoughts running through our mind. We start feeling positive and the best part is if you repeat your prayers it will start becoming your reality.

I believe it’s crucial for each of us to shoulder responsibility for our lives. We all engage in an unavoidable struggle with ourselves, experiencing setbacks before we taste success. If you decide to rise once more and make another attempt, you effectively triumph over failure, significantly increasing your chances of attaining your goals. 

Our focus today is on the journey from ‘Failure to Fortune’ (F to F). We’ve outlined the steps required to navigate this path toward abundance. 

The first and most important step is to find your supreme power. It can be anything you believe in, like any god, the universe, or a person you admire. If you have not found it, relax. You can start believing in the sky or a universe and if you don’t know what it looks like, Google it. 

The Google definition of the universe is all of space and time and their contents, including planets, stars, galaxies, and all other forms of matter and energy. Once you find your ‘Supreme Power’, you will start bringing prosperity into your lives. 

Now the second step is to start giving existence to your superpower by believing and talking to it. Whatever you have is because of the grace of your supreme power. Whatever you want, discuss it. Whenever you desire something, close your eyes and feel as if your supreme power is fulfilling your desire.

Visualize Your success and Manifest Your Destiny

A supreme power has it’s own language. The universe only understands the language of your emotions, not words. 

You might get confused; let me explain it. You will have to first clear your emotional state in order to work on it. Assuming you desire a new house, create an emotional state where you already have one. 

You will have a clear vision of your new house, the place it is surrounded by, the interior and overall, your new house. Here, if you are only saying that you want to buy a house, it will not work.

Visualization plays a vital role in this. You will have to visualize your new house the way you want it to be. The universe (your supreme power) will start working towards your desire. 

Understand the Language of Energy

The supreme power at play is within you—your thoughts and your emotional state. You may not yet realize the incredible influence of your own thoughts. A constant in our environment is the presence of vibration, energy, or power. 

When we connect positively with someone, we often say, ‘We vibe’, signifying our energy alignment and our affection for one another. The key takeaway here is that our lives are a direct reflection of our emotional state.

We need to focus on a single goal at the initial stage, as you need to believe in your supreme power. Feel like it gives you everything you wish for and start working on it. 

Create a list of your wants and start visualizing. You just need to spend 5-10 minutes on your desires. You need to first accept the fact that you have received everything you wished for. Think only about the things you desire.

Significance of Desires in Shaping Life

Throughout this entire journey, it is absolutely crucial for you to have unwavering belief in yourself. You must carry yourself with the conviction that you have already attained your goals—act, speak, and think accordingly. 

Your self-perception shapes your reality, much like a person with a positive mindset tends to find happiness in life. Once you shift your mindset and truly believe in the life you desire, you’ll begin to manifest all that you wish for. 

Think of your life as a canvas, and you, the artist, have the power to create a masterpiece through your desires and actions.

Lead your life by the purpose of ‘You: being on the earth’

One day, when the universe had outspread its multi-colors in the whole sky and I was wondering, as I could not find the end of the charismatic evening sky. As always, nature helped me and I went into a deep harmony with myself. I kept asking myself a single question, Who am I? which later on directed at multiple questions that explored my mindset, and I started questioning the reason behind my presence on the earth. It took me 2-3 years to find the answers still counting. Let’s touch on a deep and heavy aspect of life. 

Talking about the basic requirements of human life, we can say that completing education, being in a comfortable shelter, having a fulfilling source of income, staying with our loved ones, and so on. Now a days there is a never-ending list of basic requirements of life. A normal person tries to fulfill all his or her wishes. But one random thing always comes into my mind: Do I really love whatever I do? And this question has transferred my life. We really need to do what we love, to love what we do. Most people ‌mislead their life by focusing on materialistic things. 

Earning and being rich has become the main purpose of life. We think we must wear branded clothes, watches, shoes, or use high valued products to be on a list of rich people. Some of us literally keep contact with only rich people and avoid or misbehave with poor people. But here, we fail to understand that being rich or using highly valued products is a part of life and not a purpose of life.

Most people are still fighting to get a good sleep at night, even if they have a huge amount in a bank account or even if they live a luxurious lifestyle. However, we need to focus on living a satisfied and peaceful life. So below are some practical actions which will help you find your purpose in life and make you more peaceful.

  1. Perceive your visionary life.

First, we need to define the world we want to live in and start changing our own habits. It’s every individual’s responsibility to BE THE ONE. Your smallest action costs precious things like your time, energy, and your presence. So you must be aware of your own wants and needs and start actioning based on your requirement. Try to find out your end goal which you want to achieve. You might start answering something which is materialistic. But hold on, we are talking about having a sense of peace and satisfaction in life. So whatever you choose, it must be your visionary life that will make you fulfilled.

  1. Question yourself for your every action.

This habit literally made me realize a lot of unnecessary things I used to do. Most of us are doing the things just because we love doing it. Whatever you do, take a pause and ask yourself why you want to do it? Is it really necessary to do? Does this make any improvement in your life? Avoid doing unnecessary things and work on your must-dos.

Even if you love doing something which has no good outcome. Not necessarily you need to stop doing it, but you can do this less often and do something which really need to do. This change is really required in life. 

  1. Try to touch your core self. 

The key point of finding a purpose is that you need to go into the depth of your soul. I started with understanding myself, my actions and reactions, my likes and dislikes, and so forth. You must know what makes you feel satisfied and what you must achieve? What you can contribute to the world? What are you running behind? Take time for yourself. You should be aware of your own principles. Connect with the people you can vibe with. Always try to satisfy your soul and not your body or mind.

Write the pointers from this blog article and turn the new page of your life. Start with the new journey called, ‘Journey Inward’. Your entire focus should be on You. Take charge of your actions and make positive changes in life. I would really love to know about your purpose in life.
